# CertStream

CertStream monitors the **Certificate Transparency (CT)** log stream **in real time and 24/7**. When a new SSL certificate is issued for a domain you monitor, BugRecon detects it immediately and notifies you of the new subdomain via alerts (e.g. Discord).

![CertStream](https://1075470145-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FV2n4UTcrS4SHhY2NTi0v%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-a6c8d2c08ebbd1cbd0e927fdf0a3c35056e1e40b%2Fcertstream.png?alt=media)

## What you can do

* **Add domains to monitor** (e.g. `example.com`).
* **View certificate matches (detections):** List of detected subdomains with date and monitored domain; search and pagination.
* **Add detected subdomains to existing scopes** so you can run further scans on them.
* **Enable/disable or delete** monitored domains without losing the list.

## Quota

* **Free:** CertStream is not available.
* **Basic:** Up to **15** monitored domains.
* **Premium:** **Unlimited** monitored domains.
* **Enterprise:** **Unlimited** monitored domains.

## Availability

CertStream is available for **Basic**, **Premium**, and **Enterprise**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://bugrecon.gitbook.io/docs/features-list/modules/certstream.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
